    Born in W Va, moved to Va in 1967. 8 years in 2nd Army reserves 1957 until 1965. Attended Shepherd University and West Virginia Universty. Construction Institute, Virginia Tech. Married with 1 daughter and 2 sons. Retired in 2006

    Flying (private pilot) with over 4000 hrs. Own 1946 Globe Swift and 46 Taylorcraft. Enjoy restoring
