Yes, you can run T&T on Friday only, but it still has to follow the 'pure stock' rules on the website (PSMCDR.com). I ran T&T on Friday in my '69 Custom S 4-dr 350HO when we were done with teching in...

Post Race Wrap-Up

The weather couldn't have been better (sunny, mid-80's, barometer in the low 30's, and a tailwind of 10-15 mph); 126 cars entered for the race, and of those, at least 22 Pontiacs (3 - 1st Gen...

Ken, that Ventura has so much potential to do almost anything with it. It should have the std. 2.73 rear gear (JA open/JM limited slip) with the 350 2-bbl and AC with the M38 (TH350). I'd personally...

I figured out what frame that stamp was from...not my Tempest, but Dan's former '71 455HO T-37. That was the original frame paint since the car never saw any street miles.

Below are the '70...

I just checked my limited sources and '73 350's (all 2-bbl small valve heads) had pressed in studs while all '74 V8's got the screw-in studs.

I forgot to mention that it cost $95 back in 2019 to have the pins installed, so maybe $125 - $150 today...?

I have 2 sets of "pinned pressed-in stud" heads, one is a set of '70 #15's (like yours) and the other is a set of '70 #16's. The #15"s were on a 455 with a Summit 2802 cam (224/234/114 @ .466"/.488"...

Bart, The W72 was dyno'd with 93 E10 pump gas. Dan dyno'd another W72 400 a few years earlier and found that made the most power at 42 degrees advance, so he just kept that for all the pulls. It's...
