Finally Freakin Got it!!

Replaced the starter with a new one and problem is solved! Tested it 4-5 times and no more issues. I did save the old/bad starter but dont know what to look for if I opened it up. I learned a lot...

Problem solved!

Used the half round file to dress the center hole and a light dab of white grease on the axle flange and problem solved. Thanks again for great advice all!
