Vacuum bleeding brakes.

Getting ready to bleed brakes. Normally you bleed from furthest to nearest the master cylinder. But Mityvac says when using a vacuum bleeder to do the opposite. Anyone else hear this ?? Or does it...

As you can see from my picture above I think at least my water pump pulley is too big. Any thoughts on getting a smaller water pump pulley?? Or even both the crank and water pump pulley.
