IMO,thats a LOT of cam for a street cruiser.245-252 on a 112 was about as much as I liked driving in traffic.If your going to drive it a lot just use the RPM and forget about peak HP.Tom

i have that pan also & use a stock non a/c dipstick, mine measures ~17.5". at 6 qts it is at the "add" line. 7 qts shows full.

a bit of advice when installing the pan, do not use the stock 3...

I have the same pan on my 68 and I use the same dip stick as came with the car the way I see it is , the dip stick is marked so the crank don't hit the oil when turning so who cares how deep the pan...

I got close once about 20 years ago with a 276/284 @ .050" cam on a 110LSA using the TRW Super Duty replacement pistons. Those have really small valve reliefs in them. The cam had close to .750"...
