1970 Saddle Interior Colors

I saw this yesterday and was wondering did the 1970 saddle standard interior come from the factory with so many different colored components?

My 70 Formula 400 4spd with A/C that I owned had a 3.31 open rear and my current 70 Formula 400 auto non-A/C is a 3.07 open rear. Both non-RA cars.
