My car is the 5th week of May 1970, I bought the car off the original owner. No IC . I can take a few pictures to show you. It has all the other markings other than that. The wheel was never changed....

Most 70 F Bodies had their rear view mirrors changed buy the time any us us were buying them. Even in the mid 70s. It was a poor design, It was known to sag. You could only tighten the screws so much...
