basically all you have to do is find out of the 4th gen rear axle flange is the same as your axle and then find the caliper plates and then just walk in to the autoparts stores and buy the brake...

Actually the LS 4th gens have a different rear disk design than the LT

If I remember right the LS rear disks will not fit under 15 inch wheels, but the LT disks will.

Im not sure if it will fit your rear end, when I was looking for the backing plates to use a 4th gen rear disk setup

if I remember right, the 4th gen rear setup is pretty close to the 1LE 3rd gen...
