I'm going to say that has the clear film. Not that it's easy to tell other than I can see scratches and scuffs in the decal, but they do not affect the lettering.

Hi Jeff. I'm not really sure if this is what you are talking about, but there were seals at the bottom of my core support as well as the top. I bought the ones on the bottom as a reproduction kit....
