Look for headers from a 2nd gen T/A with the 403. I'm not saying they'll fit but I know the 2nd gen F body Pontiac headers fit a Pontiac engine in a 73-77 A body.

They should be 3/8" bolts, the head can be different than the typical 9/16 depending on the type or fastener. They should not be metric.

If the transmission is not sitting on it and you have all 4 bolts that mount it to the frame (two on each side) removed, it should come loose. Try budging it with a rubber mallet.

Olds and Pontiac are similar, but not the same, neither is particularly tough to do. If you work at a decent pace 2-3 hours. Flat rate would pay maybe 1.5 hours start to finish.
