The power steering pump pulley appears to be out of alignment and not a parallel surface to the water pump pulley. Look at the belt in the P/S pulley, see that it is crooked in the groove.

Here's how I did mine. Looks like I should have spent more time in the plenum radiusing the corners.

The outside of it resembles a RA/HO at first glance. Sure is a lot lighter and runs cooler.
