When the lifters are sitting in oil at least up to the side oil hole you need to push down on the plunger a number of times with a push rod or such to get the lifter primed.

Outer window window sweep question

My '70 formula came with decor molding, but I decided to forgo that in favor of the base trim. This means I'll be using the outer window sweeps with the small stainless bead...I had GM 9612538 and...
