I’ve done 2 68 wood vinyl replacements. Did first one with vinyl bought from PY and it was thick. Thick enough to completely cover the pebble grain and still looks great today (about 13 years now)....

Yes that’s what PaulatFast was referring to. It mixes 1:1 with activator so you’d end up with 1/2 gallon sprayable. More than enough for the endura bumper. Use it for the metal backing and brackets...

Same idea as a flow coat. I always flowcoat guitars etc that way I can eliminate many steps of stepped grits. I can usually start at 2000 or 2500 then buff after a flowcoat.
