My thought was there may be some differences...

My thought was there may be some differences between a two door and a four door, but I just took a look at my 1961 parts book and they used the same trunk pan for all Catalinas regardless of body...

only Bonnevilles and Starchiefs have the longer aft behind the wheels section (quarters deck lid and trunk pan) so should be perfect fit

The wheel base is the same between GP and Catalina and the wheel base on the Catalina is the same between 2 and 4 door. I don't see why they should be different.
