Very nice. You have got the hood, fenders and front bumper lined up way better than the factory ever did. Ive never seen a 68/69 lined up that nice.

I used to use wire wheels, still good for a lot of applications. But I bought a Milwaukee battery angle die grinder with a variety of roloc discs. Makes the wire wheel seem like the stone age.

Well, she's getting close to completion ... will probably pull it out for a photo session within a week.

pressurised air from the cowl would flow thru the rockers and out,
supposedly drying them out and stopping rust.
