PM 9510 here also. Works great. No headers. It has 360 deg, "infinite" clocking which I would think should help a lot with headers. RobbMc also has infinite clocking.

IMO the smallest stroke is the way to go. I go mid nines with a 3.75" stroke with a 198ci motor . More stroke will just make it harder to get down the track ..

Another option is a new tank with an in tank electric fuel pump. No more problems with fuel delivery and the tank looks stock. Tanks Inc sells them and not as pricey as you might think.
