FWIW...I'm running NITTO NT555 G2 (245/45R18) up front on US Mags Rambler 8" wheels with 4.5" backspace/1mm offset & 275/40ZR18 on 9.5" wheels with 5.25" backspace/1mm offset...no rubbing issues.

Here’s a thread on how I did mine. It’s in sequence after the radiator cooler as Jim mentioned. It’s a stacked plate as well. I put it up front for better air flow, plus it also keeps it hidden....
