Tried to send you a pm , says you can not receive anymore , are you interested in the 67 gto in Pa.? Thank you

lighthouseman 07-11-2009 07:59 PM

That is weird . . yes I am . . . my regular e-mail is gmbiker@hotmail.com

turbo69bird 07-13-2009 05:57 PM

yeah my bird is pretty quick. its set up pretty lazy right now too. Theres a ton left in it.

I have another kid onthe way though and am thinking family turbo car rather than race turbo car.

I have three firebirds all 69's right now anyway the car is totally sorted out and runs straight as an arrow at 145 MPH

Its not something I am agressively selling but I know I wont be doing a whole lot of drag racing for a while either.

The money would do well towards the vert or my addition I am building.

The engine and trans would work well in my vert, 900 HP in straight street convertible is a good thing!

with the turbo the cars is super streetable just not for 4 people.LOL

The draw back to the vert is I will never see a time slip again even though the car would be killer fast!

lighthouseman 07-14-2009 11:51 AM

Turbo . . . give me a ballpark number for the Bird if you will (My e-mail is in here too). I was really looking for a roller, something that is a ways from being ready. This may make it too easy (LOL).

Let me know

lighthouseman 07-25-2009 07:16 PM

PH . . . I really like that car. Also, it is a good deal from what I can tell. Not really the kind of project I'd like to ruin for a race car though. I wish I had the extra bucks to buy it and just put it together again. Neat car! Thanks for the offer . . . hope you find it a good home/ You sound like me, with all the projects going at once.

poison heart 07-25-2009 07:24 PM

I wish I could keep it. I'd love to fix it up but I don't think I'll get to it anytime soon. Keep lookin

lighthouseman 07-26-2009 06:49 AM

PH . . thanks again for the offer. I really love that style car and that one will be a runner again some day. Would be a crime to cut it up and make it a 1/4 mile at a time car. Keep it , , , someday you will thank yourself. Take care . . . keep in touch. I'm really looking for a roller (no running gear) to start from the ground up, as they say (a 10.5 car).

straycat 07-26-2009 11:52 PM

theres a 62 gran prix with a 455 just north in Tatamy. runs 13s good 12 second potential. its a street car.

straycat 07-26-2009 11:54 PM

oops just read post 37 again. the 62 gran prix wouldn't be for you. i'll e mail that 62 cat info.

lighthouseman 07-27-2009 06:44 AM

Straycat . . . any way you can get me a phone number. Tatamy isn't too far from me! (Thanks for the help)
