Sponsors, contingency, what if's.....cut all the BS, Ray. You've been challenged to a one shot heads up race for $600 and the rules were presented. Either accept or shut up. http://forums.performanceyears.com/g.../icon_razz.gif

If the $600 is "paltry", maybe you and Ken can agree on a larger number?

PONTIAC DUDE 01-14-2005 04:11 PM

My limit is $1,000. You turn.

Sure we could get stupid and I could say 2 or 3 grand.
But I have my limits too.
Ya want me. $600 min.
Ya want to raise the pot. $1,000 max.
Your race to win or lose, same as mine. But it's your money your gonna lose.

Nitrous? You can put 10 stages on your heap if you think that's what it will take to Beat........ The Dude.

People that know me know .......... I'll show.

Ask Rashie. Ask Lil' Jack.

Like I said before. Check the posts from December of 2003 and the beginning of 2004. I said I had another deal to do with the ATI ProCharger and gave up the heads up deal to your and Wheelie Boy at Norwalk. Did what I had to do.
ATI deal is done.

You don't think it wasn't hard watching you and Lil' Jack go Heads Up and just sit there. But I had commitment to honor and Work Before Pleasure.

But....................

That was then, This is now.

Get ready...............

Who's your Daddy. http://forums.performanceyears.com/g...on_biggrin.gif http://forums.performanceyears.com/g...on_biggrin.gif http://forums.performanceyears.com/g...on_biggrin.gif

You back to Nitrous on this one, or Procharger?

I, for one, was VERY impressed with your ET gains with the centrifugal supercharger.

let the spectators buy a chance. Half of the 50/50 go to the winning driver and the other half to winning raffel ticket drawn from a hat on starting line before race!!

Now THAT's a good idea. Make it $5 per ticket, or 6 tickets for $25. The raffle would be seperate from whatever private amount Ken and Ray agree to. There you go, Ken and Ray...good way to make some gas money.

The question is? Will it be an IA II block thats in Ray’s car, against a 455 in Kens or is Ken going to do it with an IA II block?

And could it be a best out of three show? First run on Saturday at VMP. This is too good for just one run. And the other two runs on Sunday if needed.

$600.00 bet with 50/50 tickets and the loser must wax the winner’s car.

I offered to sit on Ray and Ken's money, but I can handle the raffle part too if needed. Keep in mind that the raffle part is seperate from whatever Ken and Ray agree to.

Ray and Ken need to work out where they're going to do this...they've been talking Norwalk, but Bob mentioned VMP. Again, Ken and Ray have to work that out. As for "best of 2 out of 3"? I don't know of any street races ever run that way, so I say they bring the best game they got for one round and that's it. Again, this is all up to Ken and Ray.
