Looking at the pictures showing the firewall plate, it looks like "V2", according to the PHS sheet that is Mission Beige with Black Interior, both are highlited.

whew, I can smell the mildew from here. It does look all original except for the shocks and maybe a couple other wears items. Good luck on the sale, looks like it is off to a great start. These originals are getting harder and harder to come by, especially with AC and CA car.

It truly is a fantastic example of an unrestored car.There is a lot to learn from this car for anyone restoring a 66.If anyone doing a resto needs any additional photos for any reason I am happy to take some.My reserve is 35k.Thanks

You are very correct and one that I would love to own. In my experience with cars on Ebay is that they jump up in price the first couple of days then settle off. IF you are lucky enough to have 2 or more serious buyers then it MAY jump a little at the end, but usually after the first couple of days it doesn't go much higher. Good luck with the sale. I don't know if Ebay is the right venue for this type of car, but maybe someone will see it that just has to have it and will meet your price.

I agree with Jerry,this should be in Hemming's or on AUTOCLASSICTRADER.COM,more national exposure.I EMed you about this yesterday,I would love pictures of the closer original daub marks by the factory,linkage torque marks,spindle,control arms,tie rods and anything else interesting in marks,or check stamps!!

That is the cigarette lighter that like the ashtrays has never been used.

Nobody has more exposure than eBay.

Which, of course, is why people list their stuff there.

It looks like a bolt fell out of the passenger side exhaust manifold.

What a great reference.I have emailed a copy of your listing to myself for future ref.I am restoring a Fremont 66 GTO also.In looking at the pictures is their stripes on the driveshaft?

Scottie, yes,you are correct,I think,as far as marketing to a wider audience. Unforetunately,that wide audience includes,drunks(dreamers),kids F..... around with bids they never intend to bring to fruition (nice word,huh?) Oh,and ............Scammers from Eastern Europe,Africa,et.al.

And people haven't heard that these are occurring,as eBay never tells anyone...except for the discussion section,EM's to buyers,I have gotten several warnings,and scuttlebut in the hobby.

You are a business man,"time is money"(I just made that up) and CCT,has some great cars in it. The exposure is great on eBay,but,how many real buyers are there that peruse the car section,I don't know,of course,but, I don't like dealing with "Looney Toons" anymore. Hemmings is the place also. Bigger than p....... p.s. I give,you are smarter than me (insert winking icon here)

I will take another look at the driveshaft and see if I can see any stripes and send pics if they are there.
