I was looking to buy something this morning but the site is down...Anyone else having trouble?

couldnt get in last night either..

It was down Saturday my time - Friday PY time.

It's now Tuesday morning my time - Monday PY time.

STILL NOT UP !!!!!!!!

I can get into the browse catalog section.

you can browse but you cant buy :)

I can't get into either section, is this a regular occurrence?

I tried both last night and today.....

I tried looking for parts yesterday but it wouldn't let me. Kept getting a white screen with error messages.

same thing with me for the last 3 days

The online ordering is down and has been since last Saturday. We installed all new software and have been having problems. We're also having trouble replying here on the forums because of software issues as well. We're hoping to get everything resolved before the end of the week. When everything is finished, your online ordering experience should be improved. So you have that to look forward to. :)

In the meantime, our 800# is working just fine and we'd love to hear from you!

Steered a mate towards the PY site last night. He called me this morning saying he couldn't get in through the Orange button??

Tried myself - NO result!!! Just get a "Page not Found" message on the screen.

He was after some Firebird parts but he went over to Ames. True. It's a shame as Chris and his team DESERVE the business.

And now it's up.....
