Here is a summary of the state of the Pontiac hobby from our Administrator: “Here's a fact that most of you are probably not aware of. Literally 90% of all the popular automotive forums were bought out by two very large investment groups over the last 10 years. Originally, most of them were all run by automotive enthusiasts….” For the whole story, click here! There is no doubt that we have the largest classic Pontiac gathering on the web. Let’s help each other by making this place HOME for all Pontiac enthusiasts. You can do your part by showing them what a great place PY is and what they are missing out on by both welcoming new members and contributing. That's it! And by doing just these two simple things, you qualify for winning some pretty darn good contest prizes. Introducing….. The Drive for 42,450! Well that’s a weird number….is it? Here’s our logic. There were 32,450 GTOs produced back in 1964. 2014 will be the 50th Anniversary of the year the greatest muscle car first roamed the streets. Add $10,000 in cash and prizes and you get our 42,450!! It’s going to be a long cold winter for most of us. Why not stay inside, stay warm and win some cold hard cash just for participating on our Forums. It’s our way of saying “Thank You” for making this the greatest Pontiac forum out there. Here are multiple ways to win with numerous prizes underneath: Grand Prize: Anybody who is “Active” AND makes a post throughout the contest is entered into a lottery drawing. For every member you “refer” you get an extra lottery ticket in the drawing. Winner gets $7500 CASH! Drawing takes place when we reach 42,450 members. Consolation Prizes: 1. The 42,450th member will receive Airfare and Hotel for 2014 PY Open House & Car Show. 2. Each new member, during this time period qualifies for a $50 UMI Products Gift Card. 3. Plus, in an effort to make it EVEN EASIER for you to invite your Pontiac friends to join the PY Forums, we've setup an "Invite Your Friends" feature.
