Verdoro 68, Great pics and info! Looks like a winner, I remember paying over $400 for a Desert Cooler for my old 70 back in the 90's. Great price there, too.

I bought 2 68-72 A-body versions that were on special, so looking forward to seeing if they make a difference over the factory Harrison 4-cores (I'm sure they will) in the '70 455 4-spd LeMans 4-door and the '71 455HO 3-spd GT-37.
The look really nice and the quality is on par with Griffin/Desert Cooler units.

They lack some of the ribbing in the tanks, but you wouldn't be able to see that once installed, and the filler neck is thicker with a threaded overflow tube. Once painted black it won't be very obvious it isn't factory.

I just tested mine last weekend. It was only 60 degrees but the infra red says it was running 165 at the stat when I put it in the shop.

I painted mine with Eastwood radiator black, highly recommend

I only painted the tanks on mine and left the rest alone.

I wish you could see it, the Eastwood black radiator paint is awesome. Unfortunately it covered up by the fan and shroud....

Mine was not a picture sizing issue, it's all black and you can't really see it.

I just recieved my Cold Case radiator today for my '71 Trans Am and it has a significant twist in the core from the TIG welding process. Is this a problem or nothing to worry about? I doubt the plastic radiator shroud can withstand pulling it flat when the bolts are installed.

I like how mine cools, the only thing that bugs me is that the mount for the upper radiator hose is smaller in dia. that the hose is.
I had to find a piece of radiator hose to fit over the radiator upper hose mount and then force my upper radiator hose over that and then double clamp it to seal.
Looks like crap, but I guess I am stuck with it.
Might put the stock copper radiator back on.

I'll have to check mine when i get ready to install it.. I have had it in the box for a few months now waiting..

I commented in another thread about this. Mine was warped as well but installed fine. It will have some gaps though once in the shroud. I kept mine as it fit OK. They will accept a return though.

Seems to be a known issue.

How bad are they warped? And is the upper and lower hose mount size the same as the Harrison radiators for 65 thru 67 A-bodies?

Mine was warped about 1/2-3/4". Don't know about those years for the radiator hose size but for mine (1970 GTO) they were correct.

My upper hose size was/is to small. I have to double clamp the upper hose to the radiator.

Did you have an issue with the transmission cooler lines? I have the standard 5/16" line but it does not fit into the transmission cooler end. I sent an email to Cold Case but have no idea what size they used or what adapter I will need.

my stock trans lines were not a problem.

The trans line fittings were supplied for early production 2015-2016 radiators.
We have since gone away from supplying the adapters. That's why some are fine and some need adapters.
