1966 092 Heads

4 Attachment(s)
Available are a set (2) of 4 barrel heads off of a 1966 Pontiac GTO. Yes, these are original 1966 GTO heads, 092, same as for the 421. Very nice shape. I would just bolt them on and use them, they are that clean.

Asking $275.00

PM me if interested

The 092 are big Pontiac heads, all GTOs came with 093 heads no matter what carburetion was used.

Good luck with the sale.

Hmmm..... I got the info from the Wallace Racing website and they came with a '66 GTO collection.

2 hours ago I PM'd a Mod to delete this ad. I see they are on top of it.

I am good with '64 to '67 but I am strong with '64 and '65, not as much with '66 or '67 so I do my best.

b-man 01-10-2018 03:05 PM

Your mod has a day job and doesn't sit by a computer all day to serve the membership. Rolleyes and cute comment not appreciated.

C'mon, I'm a Mod on a forum so I know for a fact Mods get paid the big bucks. Can I roll the eyes now? :fear: :bolt:

Why should a Mod delete a post because someone made a mistake ? NO one ever died for admitting they're wrong !

Because it does not belong. I have no problem with a Mod deleting it. I feel that it is only right.

Im a little surprised with cheif of the 60's being the newest forum's know it all member spouting incorrect information on the heads above. But when you look at some of his other post you realize what kind of person your dealing with.

So here you are on a forum you can join for free and post parts or cars for sale for free as well, and somehow you were expecting a moderator to delete your post within a certain time frame.

So tell me, on the forum you moderate do you provide service to members needing a post deleted within 10 minutes? Maybe 15 minutes or a half hour?

Please.

You're the very first member to complain that your posting wasn't deleted within a certain time frame. I'm here to help you and you think you can come in here and belittle me.

What's your motivation here Chief?

Seriously?!?! I did not realize that you were susceptible to a little ribbing. Sorry, I won't do it again.

As far as this thread, I thought it was good for the forum to just delete it. If you want to leave it and take up space, that is entirely up to you.

As far as someone questioning my integrity and knowledge of parts. I have a few thousand square feet of NOS parts that I have collected over the course of 40 years. I may not know every single part out there but I can guarantee you that I have probably forgotten more than many others know.

b-man 01-10-2018 11:10 PM

Seriously.

You insult me in your first interaction with me and I'm supposed to think it's a little ribbing?

You come onto the forums as a new member and think you can mess with the folks who run the place.

Time out.

Awww and I didn't even get a chance to thank Chief before his time out..https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QncXtLlloCo

Old Goat Racer 01-11-2018 11:37 AM

Less than 2 months here and he gets a timeout. Is that a new record ?

The Boss 01-11-2018 06:32 PM

No, I think Hobi has had aliases that came & went in far less time.

Speaking of that, I need to give Joe a call. ;)

I will say this, in the Patriots thread, he did take the insane/inane thing like a man - credit due.

Haha. Thanks for a good chuckle!

4dr 01-12-2018 04:22 PM

Appreciate anyone that may know if the 092 heads will work on the 326
Or will the 093 work instead.
Or am i wasteing my time and money trying to improve the 326
Thanks
Steve

HO 67 BIRD 01-12-2018 05:03 PM

Either head 92 or 93 will work. Both have small valves 1.92i 1.60e. I'm running 92 heads on a 350 with a .500 lift cam. You will need 66 older head bolts.

What year 326 ?
Whats wrong with the heads on your 326 ?
What would the compression ratio be IF you swapped them ?

BUYER BE WARE !

4dr 01-12-2018 10:19 PM

092/326

Nothing wrong with the current heads.
Just wanted to know if 092 would bump the HP

4dr 01-12-2018 10:24 PM

1966 326 with 092/093 heads

It seems like a fair price from exiled chief for some clean heads.

Long overdue, but I knew a showdown was eminent.

I wondered where Chief went.

He came out of nowhere and was everywhere for a short while.
