Round port headers for GrandPrix

Not sure what section to post this but thought it't get more views here.
Does anyone make round port headers for 69 GrandPrix? I've checked a couple places and not seeing anything yet.

Wouldn't it be similar to an A body for '69-'72 since they shared the same frame besides the extension?

Yes Tony you are right,
Buy headers for an A body..

Just double check that the steering linkage resides in the same location as the A body car!

I know that the 65 thru 66 B body cars need to run the 67 thru 69 Firebird headers.

Should be same as regular A-Body vehicles (64-72) for round port headers as the 69 GP front end was extended but the rest of the car is very similar to normal A-Body Vehicles.

Here are a couple things I remember from when I installed headers on my 69 G/P (400 engine, 400 trans) back in the 1980’s.

1. There was some kind of problem installing the steering column back drive linkage. I seem to remember not being able to make the factory linkage work.
2. The 69 G/P frame has unique engine mount brackets. Different than those used on the “A” bodies and even different than the ones used on the 70 G/P. The unique brackets on the 69 G/P frame allowed the engine to sit further back in the engine compartment and also allowed the engine to sit lower in the frame.
3. Because the engine sat lower the collector flange on the header was closer to the ground and would scrape on just about every driveway encountered. So the lower your G/P sits the closer the header collector flange will be to the ground.

It would be nice but very expensive and many options around for doing it

I'd think Glenn Sedig would know everything about that, he's lives around your area also I think?
