Help On Option Code 734

I haven't looked at my PHS for awhile ('72 LeMans, VIN: 2D37N2Zxxxxxx). I guess because it has been gone for several years, I lost interest.

Anyway, I have been able to match all of the option codes except "Sport Option", Code: 734, cost $124.80.

What does it stand for? I can't remember what I could have ordered with that code.

The LeMans Sport option package (sales code 734, UPC code W70) included bucket seats and upgraded door trim panels with pull straps.

Thanks Lloyd. I figured you would know. My second page (PHS Options & Accessories) stops at Option 732, so I wasn't sure.

Damn - that's one nicely optioned LeMans, Ogre. Is that the car in TX?

Have you tried to contact anyone from my PM reply yet?

Not yet Lloyd. I'm still looking at dates when I can make the trip.

The PHS is the one I ordered straight from the factory after my return from Vietnam. Kept it 'til 1985 when I was headed to Yemen, and had to sell it (wife and two young kids couldn't use more cars). When I got around to looking for it, I traced it to "wrapped around a telephone pole" in Dallas in 1993. Sad:( and mad:mad:.

Anyway, I'm deeply involved in repairing a shell to duplicate my little dream car (my PHS), but the one in Baytown is a close match, and might be a little easier to duplicate my baby.

Sorry, long answer .
