WOW! Looks like manual strg and brakes.

Txbobcat 03-02-2019 08:08 PM

5 gallons of body putty should get that looking a lot better.

Scott Thelander 03-02-2019 08:29 PM

and still has its RAM AIR lower pan !

really ..................

That had to be a great car when it was new.
Wonder what the upper pan looks like? It may be the only thing holding the hood together.

Curiosity though, ad states been sitting 6 years? Unless it was sitting at the bottom of a lake, think it may have been sitting a little longer than 6 years.

Looks like a Ram Air IV lower pan

Weird also that it has the front AC bracket and not and AC car. Someone has been playing around.

Very cool car and crusty is being generous. Gonna take a lot of talent and $$$$$ to bring it back to life.

Looking at the pictures, I don't see much that's salvageable. Maybe the rear end and the transmission, and some misc trim......

More of a parts car than a restoration project.....sad....

One thing that looked off to me. A/C bracket but says it has 3.55 gears. Not available (that I know of) on an A/C car. Couldn't get the pictures up right to where I could see the firewall.

The 455 is gone and has a 400 in it. It was on CL for $5,000 last month in Alabama.

advertising it as a rebody project. oops

I would imagine the frame is in equally poor condition, which places this in the "beyond resto" category to me.

Maybe an older engine swap (engine patina is same all over).. then the car went surfing!~...too bad...

You think it's worth posting the VIN for posterity?

Please check the PHS on the auction and confirm if it's 242370B131334.
