Interesting error message
 

When posting a response to one of the threads, sometimes it takes what seems like a minute or more, and then I see an error message that I must wait 20 seconds between posting. No indication of a successful post.

But if I back out of the error, and the attempt to post, and refresh the thread, my post is there.

This is the only forum that gives me this message.

Windows 7 professional, Google Chrome.
