The theory is that in the year 2012, the world as we know it will come to an end. As theories go, this isn’t one that I would put a lot of stock in. The foundation of this theory is the Mayan Calendar and I find it difficult to subscribe to any “scientific” mumbo-jumbo written by a culture that never knew the earth was actually round! However, if we were to subscribe to this theory, the question each of us must ask ourselves is: Do we plan for the world to end next year or do we live our lives as if 2012 will come and go in the same manner every other year of our lives has. I'm sure there are excellent arguments for both sides, but I'd like to share with you my position. It's 2011 and our potential end is at least several weeks away. So let’s enjoy 2011 while it and we are still here. In fact, why don't we celebrate two or three holidays before the year is over? There are only a few chances left to truly party like it's 2011. Even if you do subscribe to the "doom and gloom" rumors about the coming year, it seems all the more reason to continue doing the things you love. Pontiacs are a real passion for us at Performance Years and nothing is going to stop us from thinking, talking and driving Pontiacs. Look... I have always been someone who is well prepared for any eventuality... So, at 11:59 PM on December 31, 2011 you will find me behind the wheel of my Pontiac at the local drive-in restaurant, chomping on a burger and laying waste to a large order of fries with my arm around my main squeeze listening to “Johnny Be Good”... So we decided to design and produce a number of new high quality key chains. Each of our new key chains has a 3D chrome plated emblem with hand painted recesses. Each emblem is attached to a stitched pleather backing.
