Hood Tach Vent Fitting Location at Heater Case
 

So when I added my hood tach on my 71 GP I found that I was not happy with the hood tach vent kit repro available. I've designed and had made a small batch of high end 3d pinted pieces that are now here. This was all after not being able to find an original fitting for sale. I'd posted on the 70-72 GTO Lemans section as I was developing. See that post for specifics as a few are still available if interested, I only had 15 made this time.

Does anyone have info on exact location of this part installed on G body? Dealer only installed on G body may have varied greatly on that heater case which seems different than A body (at least that half). Since no service manual info, I expect was a dealer bulletin type thing at the time. I’ve only seen 1 picture of a 69-72 that showed it and it seemed in an odd location and I have no idea if that was owner installed or dealer installed and can’t see the fitting well.
