Fan shroud for 04?

got an NOS fan shroud that lists 04 V6 and V8????
Will this fit other years?whats with the V6 listing
part# is 92160585

The V6 could be for Holden cars. Not sure if it work work for '05-'06 cars, I know they have a different baffle on top of the radiator so the shroud may have changed too.

I mis IDed the part its the top of the shroud,the piece that hold radiator in.
Has a label for 2 different pressure caps
V6 and V8
Need one?
