Carb Shop Website Down?
 

Anyone try The Carburetor Shop (Carbking here) website and able to get thru? I could do it couple days ago but not today.

We changed the domain registry.

The huge service we have been using for about 20 years has virtually no personnel (well, it seems that way), and for some time our site has been showing not secure (it is). Trying to get the domain registry to correct the certificate was like trying to fly fish in a hurricane!

The new domain registry has personnel and a telephone. I actually know the personnel. The certificate should be corrected next week.

Our site was down for a couple of hours yesterday (20 Nov) during the transition.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Oh, and it took 17 days and 9 email conversations (computer generated on their end) to change the registry pointer!
