Tom if what you have is identical to the ebay item then it is a "61/'62 item for California sold Pontiacs. The tube running out of the spacer for the center carb was the PCV feed which Ca. cars had in '61/'62 while the remaining states had down draft tubes. Of course that tube could be cut off flush with the spacer and filled with JB Weld or something and then the set used on any year tripower with the small center carb. Or a little rubber cap could be put on it. FYI the '61/'62 set is pretty rare.
