Want to buy a '73 to '77 Grand Prix
We're looking to buy a Grand Prix with low miles, preferably original, with most factory options, A/C, power windows, power bucket, etc.
Any engine ok except 301. |
A local dealership here, Harper Motors (GM), has a 1977 GP w/3600 miles. I have looked at it and it appears to be legit. It is tan w/white vinyl roof, tan velour bucket seat interior and Rallye II's. He is asking 45k,he bought it at the Dallas Mecum auction for 35k this summer. Minden, LA

Sounds nice, but the color is a killer. Too bad, because it's probably the nicest one in the country.

I agree, the color is awful. I suspect that car sat on the lot unsold for a long time.

Here is a 1976 in better colors. but no buckets.

No engine bay pics. Is '76 the first year of corporate "mix and match" in terms of V-8 engines? Meaning could it be a Chevy? Or Buick? Olds?
