True Dual system Work In Progress
 
I dont know how many of you guys remember the model I built, but now I am ready to get this thing built, all of my parts have come in. Now its time to melt some metal.

So Im gonna use this thread as way to update you guys on my true duals project, so hopefully if someone wants to replicate it, they can just follow this thread

Ill post pictures/videos, and updates to the thread as the project goes along

Parts list:

2x 48" lengths of straight 2.5" 16 gauge t304 SS pipe
4x 180 degree bends 3.75" bend radius ~6" legs, 2.5" 16 gauge t304 SS
2x 180/45 bends 2.5" 16 gauge t304 SS
2x concentric 3" to 2.5" reducer
2x magnaflow spun cats (59956)
2x sweet thunder chambered mufflers 18" long 2.5" chamber ID
2x Oxygen sensor weld bungs
2x o2 sensor plugs (till I can get extensions)
2x corsa clone exhaust tips

with this I will be able to get all the bends I need, and I will have some left over just in case

Do you have a panhard bar relocation bracket?

Is the car lowered?

Do you have a steel or aluminum driveshaft?

JSUK, I have done a couple of these kits and I can help you out with any questions you may have.

Yes I have the panhard relocated (UMI)

no its not lowered, it stock height, but I designed my system to tuck up under as well as the stock system
