I saw that someone on eBay (tandaperformance) is selling aluminum front license plate relocation brackets for 2004 GTOs that mount to the bottom of the front air dam. My dealer wants to drill a few holes in the front of my bumper/fascia to install his advertisement on my new 2004 and I told him if he did, I wasn't paying for it! I am attaching a picture from their eBay listing... see if this works.

Has anyone tried one of these brackets? It looks like they are selling a lot of these and that they could also protect the bottom of the nose of my GTO from scrapes/scratches. I noticed that one of the other GTOs on the dealer's lot already had a few scratches.

Anyway, it seems like a good idea. Let me know what you think. For $25, I can't see where I can go wrong but thought I would check with the "experts".
