key pad cover for the G8
 

Please note that the key pad (the rubber cover for the buttons) is still available as previously described. The PN is 92245050 and illustration number 2.187 is still good. I just ordered one from my friendly local Chevrolet dealer for the price of $8.60 which is $1.00 less than 2 years ago.

So, if your key pad is cracking/disintegrating it may be a good time to get a couple for present or future needs.
