In an effort to improve Customer and Supplier relations and communications, members are welcome to post good experiences as well as bad experiences. Each member should start their own topic. If you are NOT the topic starter, please do NOT participate in the topic. All topics must remain one on one. If your topic is about an unresolved issue, PLEASE FIRST try and resolve your dispute via e-mail or PM. If all reasonable efforts have failed, you may draft your topic for posting here. Please make sure the intended subject can identify you either by name, order number etc as well as a fairly detailed description of the issue. Bad mouthing, explicatives or anger driven coments will be a sure way for your topic to never get publicly posted. Once posted, your topic will be closed until the intended source has had an opportunity to reply. All topics and replies must be approved by a Admin so please realize it may take up to 48 hours to see your topic or reply to appear once it has been submitted.
