There is another one listed at Ohio Corvettes and Muscle Cars ( 330-499-8555) that meets your requirements. It does however have mag wheels, but is PHS documented. Again pictures look good, however I would recommend a physical inspection. Contact a local GTO club located near a car of interest and see if one of the members will perform an inspection, or someone may have knowledge of the car and owner.

That was my fathers first car. He only has one picture of it. Unfortunately it was a tomato can by 1969. Good luck with your search.
