'62 Catalina frame, axle tube, 3.08 drop out, spindles for sale $250

The frame has been cleaned and painted with POR 15 but it is thin in spots and is starting to rust a little. The drop out is frozen up but could be rebuilt. Looking at it IMO soaking it in a tub of Evapo-rust would free it up. Must be picked up in Sour Lake Texas. $250 for all of it.
