I have a 66 Bonneville conv't with a power antena in the rr 1/4. If you think it would be the same I can measure it tomorrow. http://forums.performanceyears.com/g.../icon_wink.gif

I'd look at the cars on the Grand Prix chapter web-sight at http://www.poci.org/
I would use a Uni-bit to cut the hole. It looks like a top with cutting edges on it.You can cut a little at a time till you reach your ideal size.
Or use a knock out punch, any electrician should have either. Try to borrow, there both a little expensive to buy for 1 hole.
If you have to use a hole saw, run the drill slowly in reverse while cutting.

I'm doing the same to my '66 Catalina. 66SSE e-mailed me these pictures of the antenna location on one of his '66 Bonnevilles. I still haven't got to it, but these should work great!
