ok guys,I have an exhaust leak on my drivers side manifold to head gasket.I have replaced steel gasket with header gasket and had warped manifold resurfaced, this eliminated leak for a couple hundred miles, then gasket blew out.I cleaned both surfaces and installed a different brand header gasket, but it is still leaking. These are factory round port H-O manifolds with only 3 attaching bolts.Does anyone sell a soft copper gasket? Do you have another suggestion?

Use a good quality steel gasket, with copper spray. Torque manifold to factory specs. Drive the car for about 15 min to get up to operating temp. Let cool overnight, and re-torque bolts BEFORE starting the engine again. The steel gasket has a crush characteristic, and the copper spray will help make the seal air tight. The bolting sequence will ensure even pressure across the manifold seating surface. If this doesn't work, you may have a problem with the head surfaces.

If it has ti*s or tires, it's gonna cost ya!
