I am thinking about converting to EFI in my 69 LeMans with a 350. First, I might be making 400-450 HP with the setup I'm thinking of, so would an 800cfm throttle body be sufficient? Will I need to weld a sump into my gas tank, and if so how does that work and what size should it be? Thanks!

Go see force fuel injection, www.forcefuelinjection.com they seem to be pretty knowledgable about the entire efi thing, and I beleive they can sell you an entire kit to do your car.

First, what kind of EFI are you looking at? A Holley type or a good SEFI type.

I am looking at a multiport setup from http://www.customefis.com, but would appreciate any help. What kind of kit does the tigerefi have for sale and for how much? Thanks!

I just completed a full custom EFI setup for my new street motor. Research this decision very carefully. Its a lot of work with a fairly significant cost. Im not trying to discourage you, but make sure you understand what youre getting into before you start.
