You can safely clean brake parts with alcohol. Alcohol will clean the inside surfaces and rubber parts better. When done, make sure all the alcohol is out by flushing with brake fluid.

One way to test is to only plumb one side, and hook a continuity tester to it. When you pressurize one side, the safety valve should trip, making the meter beep.

I called whitepost they are near me. but they wanted $475. To rebuild my booster and master. I'm not trying to do a concourse car. So I'll probley get a booster and proportioning valve from ebay. Or master power brakes for half the price and only pay shipping one way
