I know the shape of a 65 is different so it won't interchange with a 67 or 66.

The 65 is different than the '67 and is a little longer with a different bolt pattern also. Try www.thepartsplaceinc.com, they are the mfg. for these and everyone else including year one get them from them also. I think they run around 45.00 for the lucite inserts. You can also get them on ebay.
