Does anybody know if 76 deluxe seats would be the same (except for the covers) as a 75? That is, are the seat foams the same but the upholestry different? I know that 73-75 used the same type of covers and then the covers were switched in 76 but the seat still looks basically the same. Just a small difference on the seat bottoms. I am trying to replace my 75 TA standard seats with deluxe. I have new covers but I am having hard time finding any seats that I could use to recover. I have found a couple of 76 seats, that's why I need to know.

The 75 and 76 deluxe seat should be exactly the same. Cover the 76 seats with your 75 material and you'll be all set.
