I am test fitting my window fuzzies prior to painting an am wondering if anyone else ran into a similiar problem. On my outer fuzzies the tabs that slip into the stainless trim are not completely punched out. The tab is punched out of the back of the fuzzy, My tabs are only punched out of two sides. I have attached a picture.

JR, I had the same problem and just used a pair of needlenosed pliers to "rip" the tab open. Also removed the fuzzy from the tab prior to installation.

If I remember correctly, one side I needed to extend the tab another 1/8" or so to fit in the slot. Again, just using the needlenose.

In the end they fit and look great.

I have had the same problem on a few sets also, and sent one back to PUI and they replaced it with a better set all punched correct. They go down an assembly line and a die strikes it and some don't cut all the way on both side. Like mentioned, needle nose will fix it if you son't want to send back. The Parts Place Inc, sells OEM style that don't have that problem also.
