I can't figure out how to get the lense off of my 66 2+2 to put a new bulb in. Can anyone shed some light?

You should just need to squeeze the sides of the lens to get it to pop. There are a couple of small plastic tabs that hold the lens to the bezel.

I've had the same question except I want to remove the bulb.
It's baffled me cuz I don't want to break the lense trying to get it off.

If the lens is 40 yrs old it will break when you squeeze it
if you can get it off without breaking I suggest you buy some lotto tickets, you have better luck than most

I bought a NOS lens from an ebay seller who trades as ARCADIANDOUG.

I've seen him advertise them several times so he might have stocks?? Worth a try http://forums.performanceyears.com/g.../icon_wink.gif

Yep I broke the lense, mine isn't supposed to come off by sqeezing. You simply need to pry the chrome trim ring and both come down. I looked in AMES and it looks like the later 67-69 with a star pattern in the middle. Any other 66's have this?
