It's a 1974 Bird, black on black. No motor or tranny. Needs body work and paint. I can get it for 1000.00.

Do you guy's think it is worth it???

From your description, I wouldn't pay more than $400 to $500. Unless body work is a couple of small dents and the bumpers,front header and frame are in good shape.

I also agree, make a lower offer and see what happens. If it doesn't have a good front bumper, offer much less than a grand. Good Luck!
