Balanced Rotating Assembly: Now you can turn your Pontiac 400 into a 455 Torque Monster with this complete rotating assembly!

New Eagle 455 Crankshaft 4.210 Stroke cut to fit

Custom Dude Shim Kit w/ Main Bearing Set

Connecting Rod Bearings

Stock Resized Rods w/ ARP bolts

Flat top Quality cast 455 Pistons

Quality Hastings Rings

Total Assembly Balanced to factory specs.

so how much more power will the extra cubes from this package actually make on my 400 right now. 69 judge ram air three heads and cam, roller rockers, two inch headers, performer rpm intake, and 750 edelbrock, borg warner super t-10 4 speed and 3.73 gears with posi in a 72 gto?
what knd of power can i expect to make? and what can i expect to run?

You had a 400. You now have a 455+ whatever additional bore it takes to clean the cylinders. Let's say for the sake of arguement that you now have a 460.

You have 60 additional cubes. A mild performance engine develops "something" like 1.1 hp per cube, and perhaps 1.3-1.5 ft/lbs per cube. (Your definition of "mild" may vary.) So you've added something like 66 horsepower and maybe 80 ft lbs.

A dyno will tell you for sure. I'd be concerned about Communist Chinese cranks and cast pistons holding up for any length of time. Don't run lean, don't detonate, don't crossfire, don't over rev. Of course, that's good advise no matter what parts go in the engine.
